In 2017 ROBERT GELLER launched his splinter line, GUSTAV VON ASCHENBACH, named after the main character of Thomas Mann's famous novel, Death in Venice. GVA is an instantiation of Gellar's desire to make his designs easily available and to reach a broader public.
The line is about wearability, comfort and ease, with new, special yet wearable shapes. It is also a continuation of the designers exploration of color that we are so familiar with from his namesake collection.
All product is made in Japan using the latest innovations in Japanese textiles.
