How do I place an order?

Browse products by Designer, Collection, or by Product Category. Once you find a product you would like, select a size and click “Add to Bag”. When you’re ready to place your order, you can review your order detail by viewing Cart and proceed to Checkout. If you get stuck, just let us know how we can help.

 

What payment methods does THE ENSIGN accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, as well as checkout via Affirm, Paypal, and ApplePay through our secured payment processor. Please note that all Affirm, Paypal, and ApplePay transactions will be processed via the respective platform and redirected back to site for order confirmation. In order to ensure your safety, every order is reviewed to ensure accuracy and the highest level of service for each purchase.

 

How does Affirm work?

We have partnered with Affirm to give you a simple way to make your purchase with no hidden fees. Provide some basic information and get a real-time credit decision to split your purchase into monthly payments. Rates from 0% APR with 3 month loan term, subject to credit check and approval. Down payment may be required. For purchases under $100, limited payment options are available. Estimated payment amount excludes taxes and shipping fees. All terms will be disclosed at the time of application. I signed up for an ENSIGN account, but forgot the password.

We're unable to change your password for you, but after clicking the "Sign In" link, you can click "Forgot password?" to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours. 

 

Is it possible to change my account email address?

Sure! Just send us a note.

 

I'm placing an order, but why am I being charged sales tax?

If you're being charged tax on a purchase, you either live in the State of New York or outside the US. We're required by law to charge appropriate taxes according to delivery destination. For international orders, most of our deliveries are DDP (delivery duties paid), however, each country has its own regulations and we can't guarantee it everywhere. 

 

How will I know my order is confirmed?

Upon receipt of your order, you should be directed to an order confirmation page. An email confirmation of order details will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Text notifications can also be enabled for order confirmation and shipping updates. In the event you do not receive an order confirmation, or just want an extra copy, please ask.

All shipments to the above are sent DDP but might be subject to additional taxes at the discretion of the country of receipt. We do our best to represent all expected costs at the time of checkout.

    I made a mistake- how do I cancel my order?

    Send us a note -  we're happy to accommodate requests to the best of our abilities.

     

    I got my order and need to process a return - now what?

    We're happy to take care of returns or exchanges for unworn products in original packaging within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of products sold as Final Sale

    We'll send you a prepaid UPS return label to facilitate shipping back to us. You'll need to print out and drop off at your local UPS office. Refunds are processed within about 3 days of us receiving your return.  If it's outside 30 days of receipt, we'll consider an exchange for credit- especially for exchange. All returns are subject to our discretion.
